Mixology Expert è giornalista freelance, docente e consulente per aziende e locali. Ha iniziato la sua carriera con il mensile Bargiornale e, seppur con qualche variazione sul tema, si è sempre occupata di bar, spirits e cocktail. Oggi scrive di mixology e affini su VanityFair.it e Il Messaggero.it.
Chiamata spesso come giudice di concorsi di bartending, ha ideato e condotto il primo master di Spirits and Drinks Communication.
Da novembre 2019 è la responsabile della sezione bere miscelato del nostro ApeTime Magazine.
Per 15 anni è stata la prima firma in ambito mixology del mensile Mixer, organo di stampa della FIPE, per il quale ha ideato diverse rubriche, tra cui il tg dell'ospitalità (Weekly Tv) e History Cocktail, ancora attive e oggi in mano agli ex colleghi di redazione.
